Utilities; Inc; <br /> <br />References.. - Various references- were contacted and asked to respond .to a- series 'of. <br />question.s. Generally, the references were impressed with the work of R.L. Utilities and <br />would ,use.the.m- agam in- the. future. It was. found that. almost. aU of the references are <br />currelltly using thcm for water projects. All references were satisfied with the quality of <br />work. <br /> <br />Statement of Quali.fications - R.L. Utilities, -.lnc.prO-vided a .list. of 9-projects; aU waterline- <br />projects of com,parable size to the project. <br /> <br />TelCJ'hone Interview - A telephone interview was conducted with Russell D. Lundemo, <br />President. of R.. L. Utilities. It was- determined from' this inte:r.view that RL Utilities <br />would perfonn all water work. on the project and they would subcontract all pavin.g work <br />to T and r Construction: <br /> <br />Therefore, based on R.L Utilities. bid, the wateT portion of the work" .is 50.8% and the <br />paving portion is 49.2%, which meets the provi.siOl1 of the General Conditions.
