I: <br />A ten (10) foot wide utility easement retained by the City of La Porte on behalf of Centerpoint <br />Energy for an existing 8" Natural Gas Line. Said easement is based on a survey prepared by <br />Reliant Energy, dated 1/07/00 (Re: Job #D100ED99-068, Sketch No. 00-024). Centerline of said <br />easement is further described as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the southeast corner of Block 1139, Town of La Porte, Harris County, <br />Texas; <br /> <br />THENCE North, a distance of 448.06' to a point located on the west right-of-way line of <br />South 16th Street, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described <br />centerline of said Easement No.1; <br /> <br />THENCE South 89degrees, 59 minutes, 43 seconds West, a distance of 277.88' to a point <br />for corner; <br /> <br />THENCE North 0 degrees, 0 minutes, 19 seconds West, a distance of 248.89' to a point <br />located on the south right-of-way line of Fairmont Parkway. <br /> <br />EASEMENT NO.2: <br />A ten (10) foot wide public utility easement being further described as follows: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Block 1093, Town of La Porte, Harris County, <br />Texas; <br /> <br />THENCE south, along the projected west line of South 16th Street, a distance of 10' feet; <br /> <br />THENCE west, parallel to and 10' south of the north right-of-way line of West "K" Street, <br />a distance of 592' to a point in the projected west line of said Block 1092, Town of La Porte, <br />Harris County, Texas; <br /> <br />THENCE north, a distance of 10' to the southwest corner of Block 1092, Town of La Porte, <br />Harris County, Texas; <br /> <br />THENCE east, along the north right-of-way line of West "K" Street, a distance of 592' to <br />the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />
