THE VARIANCE HAS BEEN REQUESTED FOR <br />2601 SOUTH BROADWAY (OLD HIGHWAY 146), #79, LA PORTS, TEXAS. <br />THE HOME LOCATED ON THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED <br />WITH A SIDE YARD ENCROACHMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 1.06 TO <br />1.17 FOOT. THE VARIANCE IS REQUESTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS <br />OF ORDINANCE #1501, SECTION 11-606. <br />.A. PROPONENTS <br />~__ <br />B. OPPONENTS <br />V.
