CITY OF SHOREACRES AND BAYSHORE l::UNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT, 'IN THE 11TH JUDICIAL'DISTRICT COURT OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND AUTP.ORIZIl'iG f~1) DIRECTING THE l,iAYOR OR HIS DESIGNEE TO ENTER INTO A CONTR.......CT WITH REPRESE~~ATIVES OF LA PORTE FOR SUCH PURPOSE, A~~ TO REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL AT NEXT COUNCIL MEETING. .
