Black; <br />This is our request that you place the following property on the <br />agenda for the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting to be held on April <br />19th, 1984, for consideration of a Special Use Permit as a truck terminal <br />and a container storage and repair facility. The property, as shown in <br />pink on the attached plat, is either owned by Eddie V. Gray, Trustee or <br />is currently under contract for purchase by Eddie V. Gray, Trustee. <br />Stuart Haynsworth is the General Managing Partner for LaPorte. 81, LTD., <br />who is the Seller in the contract for the portion of Blocks 1177 and 1178 <br />and Blocks 1201 and 1202 as shown in orange on the attached plat. <br />All of these properties included in this requested permit are now <br />zoned Industrial. The proposed use of these properties is for a truck <br />terminal operation and for a container storage and maintenance facility. <br />These uses are compatible with the surrounding property uses, which have <br />all been developed as industrial uses. Please contact me at the above <br />address to confirm that Eddie V.
