Fairmont Parkway <br />La Porte, Texas 77571 <br /> <br />RE: Permit Application package for ENTERPRISE GC, L.P. to install one 12" pipeline <br />within the city limits of the City of La Porte, Harris County, Texas. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Slaton: <br /> <br />ENTERPRISE GC, L.P. a Delaware limited partnership whose address is P.O. Box 4324 <br />Houston, Texas 77210-4324, is hereby requesting a pipeline permit. <br /> <br />The pipeline will be used to transport natural gas liquids (MSDS sheet attached) from an <br />existing pipeline in La Porte to a proposed meter site in La Porte. The route through the <br />City of La Porte is shown on the attached map, and described in the permit application <br />form. The Bay Area Boulevard crossing has been permitted through Harris County and a <br />copy of the approved permit is attached, with the plan & profile. The 12" pipeline will be <br />installed in an existing pipeline corridor or parallel existing pipelines the entire route. <br /> <br />The pipe will be 12.750" outside diameter with a 0.375" wall thickness, and will be API <br />5L X 52 ERW pipe with 15-22 mils thick fusion bond epoxy coating and 30 mils aro <br />coating. <br /> <br />The pipeline will operate at a maximum operating pressure of 1480 PSI, will be tested to <br />a minimum 1850 PSI, and have a minimum yield strength of 52,000 PSI. <br /> <br />The pipeline will be regulated by the Texas Railroad Commission as an Intrastate <br />Pipeline. All design, materials and construction will, as a minimum, comply with the <br />following codes, ordinances and standards as applicable: <br /> <br />· The Department of Transportation ("DOT") Standard CFR Title 49, Part 195 <br />"Transportation of Hazardous Liquids by Pipeline", and The "Railroad <br />Commission of Texas, Pipeline Safety Rules, Part IV <br />
