<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />/ <br />RESOLUTION NO. 82-~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SKYJACK CAB COMPANY TO OPERATE CER- <br />TAIN OF ITS TAXICABS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF <br />LA PORTE, STRICTLY FOR THE PURPOSES OF CARRYING PASSENGERS FOR <br />HIRE UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />. Section 1. Skyjack Cab Company is hereby authorized to <br />operate its taxicabs, being Numbers 1588, 1585, 1021, 1309, and <br /> <br />222, within the corporate limits of the City of La Porte, strictly <br /> <br />for the purpose of carrying passengers for hire, whose fares are <br /> <br />~ paid under the terms and provisions of a contract between Skyjack <br /> <br />Cab Company and the Veterans Administration. <br /> <br />Section 2. This permit shall be strictly limited as afore- <br /> <br />said, shall not be assignable, and may be revoked by the Ci ty <br />Council of the Ci ty of La Porte at any time it shall appear to <br />the Ci ty Council that the permi tee, Skyjack Cab Company, has <br /> <br />violated the provisions of this permit. <br /> <br />PASSED AND APPROVED, this the 6th day of January, 1982. <br /> <br />CITY OF LA PORTE <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />~-..--- <br />By <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />J.
