The subject property is 10cated <br />along Fairmont Parkway at Willmont Drive, further described as 4.53 acres, TR 33, <br />Treatment Plant Site and 0.39 acre as Lot 49, Block 39, Fairmont Park West, Section 5, <br />W.M. Jones Survey, Abstract No. 482, La Porte, Harris County, Texas.
