Call to Order 2. Consider action regarding the selection of Commission Chair and Vice Chair 3. Consider approval of Minutes from the meeting held on July 14, 2016. 4. Open hearing and take action concerning the appeal of certain test questions missed by a candidate on the Promotional Examination for Rank of Sergeant which was administered on February 13, 2017, in accordance with Chapter 143, Local Government Code, and the City of La Porte Police Officers' Civil Service Rules and Regulations. 5. Discussion/Action -Certify the Eligibility List for Rank of Sergeant 6. Discussion/Action -Certify the Eligibility List for Rank of Lieutenant 7. Administrative Reports 8.
