No errors were <br />found in any of the bids. <br /> <br />Review of Lowest Bidder - L & M Contractors, Inc. <br /> <br />The lowest Bidder was L & M Contractors, Inc. L & M Contractors, Inc. is a newly <br />formed company with no previous job record. This project will be the first project that <br />will be preformed by L & M Contractors, Inc. L & M Contractors, Inc. did provided <br />resumes of the current officers of the company along with three letters of <br />recommendations from clientele from their previous place of employment.
