<br />Ordinance No. 2006- ~ )y <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />Street Rights-of- Way are hereby permanently vacated, abandoned, and closed by the City <br /> <br />of La Porte, to wit (as generally illustrated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part <br /> <br />of herein): <br /> <br />1. Tract No.1: That portion of the West "E" Street Right-of-Way (60' wide) <br />situated between the projected east right-of-way line of the South 13th Street <br />Right-of-Way and the projected west line of the alleys in Blocks 793 & 828, <br />Town of La Porte (containing 7,500 sq. ft.). <br /> <br />2. Tract No.2: That portion of the South 13th Street Right-of-Way situated <br />between Blocks 827 & 828, Town of La Porte (containing 32,000 sq. ft.). <br /> <br />3. Tract No.3: That portion ofthe West "F' Street Right-of-Way (80' wide) being <br />the north ~ of the right-of-way situated between the projected east line of the <br />alley in Block 827, Town of La Porte and the projected east right-of-way line of <br />the South 13th Street Right-of-Way (containing 8,200 sq. ft.). <br /> <br />4. Tract No.4: That portion of the West "F" Street Right-of-Way (80' wide) <br />situated between the projected east right-of-way line of the South 13th Street <br />Right-of-Way and the projected west line of the alleys in Blocks 828 & 829, <br />Town of La Porte (containing 10,000 sq. ft.). <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />The City Council officially finds, determines, recites, and declares that a <br /> <br />sufficient written notice of the date, hour, place, and subject of this meeting of the City <br /> <br />Council was posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall of the City for the <br /> <br />time required by law preceding this meeting, as required by the Open Meetings Law, <br /> <br />Chapter 551, Texas Government Code; and that this meeting has been open to the public <br /> <br />as required by law at all times during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof <br /> <br />has been discussed, considered, and formally acted upon. The City Council further <br /> <br />ratifies, approves, and confinns such written notice and the contents and posting thereof <br />
