<br />5.98 Rental Acres, and being comprised of the following

<br />the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 83, Page 345
<br />in the Deed Records, Harris County, Texas, together with
<br />the former 16' alley in said block, vacated, abandoned
<br />and closed, by the city of Morgan's Point, and being a
<br />tract of land containing 106,400 square feet.
