This agreement is the final step in the process for the Authority to <br />manage the plan and complete the necessary services and improvements as noted in <br />the attached agreement and to also aid the Authority in the collection of the required <br />assessments. Also at this meeting, the Authority agreed to enter into an agreement with <br />Hawes Hill for administration of the PID. <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the enabling ordinance and attached agreement. <br /> <br />Action Reauired bv Council: <br /> <br />Approve the enabling ordinance and agreement between the City of La Porte and the <br />La Porte Redevelopment Authority for the Authority's management of the Lakes of <br />Fairmont Green Public Improvement District (the "District"). <br /> <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Date <br />
