Letter from Mr. Robert Mott of the City's delinquent tax <br />collection firmi <br /> <br />2. Photocopy of House Bill No. 621, adding section 11.253, <br />"Tangible Personal Property In Transit", to the Texas Tax <br />Codei <br /> <br />3. Copy of Article 8, Section 1-9, of the Texas Constitution, <br />with particular reference to subparagraph (d) thereofi <br /> <br />4. Fiscal note by the Texas Legislative Budget Board on HB 621i <br />and <br /> <br />5. Proposed Ordinance for consideration and adoption by City <br />Council, following a public hearing. A notice of the public <br />hearing should be published in The Bayshore Sun. <br />
