<br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 84- 22 <br /> <br />, Page 2. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Section 1. That the contract for the provision of ambulance <br />service by the City of La Porte to the City of Morgan's Point, <br />a copy of which is attached hereto and is fully incorporated <br />by reference herein, shall be and the same is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. That the mayor of the City of La Porte, the <br />City Secretary of the City of La Porte and the City Attorney of <br />the City of La Porte be and are hereby directed to sign said <br />contract in duplicate originals in their respective capaci ty, <br />with the City Secretary of the City of La Porte being directed <br />to foreward said signed copies to the City of Morgan's Point <br />for approval. <br />Section 3. The City Council officially finds, determines, <br />recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of <br />the date, hour, place and subject of this meeting of the <br />Ci ty Counc il was posted at a place convenient to the publ ic <br />at the City Hall of the City for the time required by law <br />preceding t~is meeting, as required by the Open Meetings <br />Law, Article 6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; <br />and that this meeting has been open to the public as required <br />by law at all times during which this resolution and the sub- <br />ject matter thereof has been discussed, considered, and for- <br />mally acted upon. The City Council further ratifies, approves <br />and confirms such written notice and the contents and posting <br />thereof. <br />Section 4. This resolution shall take effect and be enforced <br />from and after its passage and approval. <br /> <br />,., . <br /> <br />, <br />
