AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 604 W. <br />FAIRMONT PARKWAY, LA PORTE, TEXAS, REGARDING THE ITEMS OF BUSINESS ACCORDING TO THE AGENDA LISTED <br />BELOW: <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />2. APPROVE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 21, 2004 REGULAR MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING. <br />3. ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE TO NEWLY APPOINTED MEMBER/CHAIRPERSON PAT MUSTON. <br />4. ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE TO NEWLY APPOINTED MEMBER CLAUDE MEHARG. <br />5. ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE TO RE-APPOINTED MEMBERS DOTTIE KAMINSKI AND PAUL BERNER. <br />6. ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE TO RE-APPOINTED ALTERNATE NO. 1 HAL LAWLER. <br />7. CONSIDER FINAL PLAT FOR PROPOSED SEVILLE PLACE APTS. TO BE LOCATED AT 3701 LUELLA BLVD. <br />8. CONSIDER MAJOR DEVELOPMENT SITE PLAN FOR PROPOSED SEVILLE PLACE APARTMENTS TO BE <br />LOCATED AT 3701 LUELLA BLVD. <br />9. CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL REGARDING AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY AMENDING CHAPTER 106, SECTION 106-333,-SECTION 106- <br />443, AND SECTION 106-522; TABLE B, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES. THE PURPOSE IS TO AMEND, <br />CHANGE OR MODIFY THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT WITHIN THE ZONING DISTRICTS. <br />10. STAFF REPORTS <br />11. ADJOURN <br />A QUORUM OF CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS MAYBE PRESENT AND PARTICIPATE IN DISCUSSIONS DURING THIS MEETING, HOWEVER, NO <br />ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY COUNCIL. <br />THIS FACILITY HAS DISABILITY ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE.
