Permit authorized a towing-impound yard (SiC <br />#7549). <br /> <br />Junk and/or Secondhand Metal Dealer is "not a listed, permitted use" in a <br />commercial district (s. 106-441, Table A). Had it been a permitted use, S.22- <br />361 (d)(2) would have prohibited the stacking or piling of vehicle(s) or the parts, <br />accessories or junk therefrom or scrap metal.
