<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. f:t- /s-- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT FOR AIRPORT PROJECT NO. 3-48-0l27-03. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of La Porte, Texas (termed SPONSOR herein) , <br /> <br />and the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration <br /> <br />(FAA), desire to enter into a certain Grant Agreement which provides <br /> <br />Federal participation in an Airport Improvement Project for the <br /> <br />La Porte Municipal Airport; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in response to a request duly filed by SPONSOR, the <br /> <br />FAA has prepared said Grant Agreement, a copy of which is attached, <br /> <br />and has submitted it to SPONSOR for acceptance and execution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is determined to be in the intereset of SPONSOR <br /> <br />and FAA to accept said Grant Agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the City Council of the City of La Porte does <br /> <br />hereby accept the provisions of said Grant Agreement for Project <br /> <br />No. 3-48-0l27-03. <br /> <br />Section 2.
