The subject property is <br />located along Canada Road and north off Fairmont Parkway, further described as TRS <br />692C, 693B, 706, and 707, La Porte Outlots, W. B. Lawrence Subdivision, W. M. Jones <br />Survey, Abstract No. 482, La Porte, Harris County, Texas.
