Lots 26-27 are owned in fee by the <br />City. Lots 28-32 are tax delinquent properties (City is trustee) with the amount of $3470.13 in weed liens. The <br />offer from Habitat for Humanity also requests the release of weed liens at closing. <br /> <br />Previously, the Fiscal Affairs Committee had recommended the sales at HCAD value of $2,500 per lot, which was <br />met by Habitat's offer. <br /> <br />Action Required bv Council: <br /> <br />Approve Ordinances 2006-_ and 2006-_ approving and authorizing the conveyance of Lots 26 and 27, <br />Block 104, and Lots 28-32, Block 104, to Habitat for Humanity for the expansion of their building program in <br />La Porte.
