Mayor Alton Porter and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br /> <br />Re: Rezone Requests #R05-006, #R05-007, & #R05-008 <br /> <br />Dear Mayor Porter: <br /> <br />The La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission, during its December 15, 2005, meeting, <br />held a public hearing to consider Rezone Requests#R05-006, 007, and 008. The subject <br />properties are located at the intersection of Canada Road and Fairmont Parkway further <br />described as TR 712, TR 713, and TRS 710A & 711, La Porte Outlots, W. M. Jones Survey, <br />Abstract No. 482, La Porte, Harris County, Texas.
