1 <br /> NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING OF LA PORTE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> and LA PORTE TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE <br /> Notice is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax <br /> Increment Reinvestment Zone to be held Wednesday, August 23, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. in the City <br /> Manager's Conference Room of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, for <br /> considering the following agenda items: <br /> 1. Call to order; <br /> 2. Approve minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment <br /> Reinvestment Zone meeting held on February 8, 2017. <br /> 3. Consider Supplemental Reimbursement Agreed Upon Procedures Report (AUP) for Beazer Homes <br /> Texas LP <br /> 4. Consider Audit Proposal from Mc Call Gibson. <br /> 5. Consider FY2017-2018 Budget. <br /> 6. Consider developer disbursements. <br /> 7. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices; <br /> 8. Receive updates from the city, developers and staff about development within the Zone; <br /> 9. Board member comments; <br /> a. Matters appearing on agenda; <br /> b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy <br /> 10.
