<br />B. Side lot lines shall be perpendicular or radial to street frontage and the <br />following note may be in lieu of bearings: "All side lot lines are either <br />perpendicular or radial to street frontage unless otherwise noted". <br />C. Driveway access to thoroughfares shall be prohibited. (See City <br />Thoroughfare Plan). <br />D. Double front lots are prohibited except when backing on major <br />thoroughfares. <br />E. MINIMUM LOT SIZES: <br />1. Lot width and area requirements established by the City Zoning <br />Ordinance shall govern. <br />2.
