City Attorney requesting the immediate payment of the <br />remaining amount owed in full. (See attached) <br />· Increase Ambulance Stand-by Rate to $75/hour (2 Hour Minimum) - current rate is $401hr. Research <br />shows that the average rate is $75/hour. <br /> <br />Recommend that council: <br /> <br />Approve the ordinance amending Ordinance Chapter 30 "Emergency Services", Article III "Emergency Medical <br />Services", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Porte. Texas to include adding the Billing Policy and <br />Procedures division. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />Current Chapter 30.
