Attached is the Services Report to the City of La Porte from The <br />Alliance for the past year. <br /> <br />The fee is $20,000/yr payable in two installments, 151 within 30 days of effective date of Agreement and 2nd within <br />30 days of the semi-annual meeting and first progress report. <br /> <br />The term of the Agreement is changed from 1 year to 36 months (3 years). It includes provisions for termination of <br />convenience by the City and termination for cause by either the City or The Alliance. <br /> <br />Section 3.01: m. has been added and stating; <br />The City will be included as a participant in the Alliance's economic development initiative Project Stars, <br />which focuses upon regional marketing and regional aesthetic improvements within the San Jacinto Texas <br />Historic District. <br /> <br />We have found The Alliance to be very open, visible and active in providing services that are specific to promoting <br />regional economic development services.
