Call to Order; <br /> 2. Approve minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment <br /> Zone meeting held on August 23,2017. <br /> 3. Receive and approve FY2017 Audit from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC. <br /> 4. Consider proposal from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC to prepare Agreed Upon Procedures Report <br /> for Liberty Property Limited Partnership in accordance with the terms of the developer agreement. <br /> 5. Receive and consider Agreed Upon Procedures Report for Liberty Property Limited Partnership;and authorize <br /> appropriate action. <br /> 6. Receive and consider Development Agreement with Vista Oaks GB,LLC. <br /> 7. Consider tax year 2016 developer disbursements. <br /> 8. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices, including contractual obligations to reimburse <br /> La Porte ISD. <br /> 9. Receive updates from the city,developers and staff about development within the Zone. <br /> 10. Board member comments. <br /> a. Matters appearing on agenda <br /> b.
