The property, a.k.a. Chern <br />Coast Inc., is located at 11820 North 'H' Street. It is further described as TR 239A being a <br />2.08 acre tract of land out of Outlot 239 in the La Porte Outlots, recorded in Volume 61, <br />page 374 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas, in the Enoch Brinson Survey, <br />Abstract 5, La Porte, Harris County, Texas. The applicant seeks to have this property <br />rezoned from Low-Density Residential (R-1) to General Commercial (GC).
