NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING OF LA PORTE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY and LA <br /> PORTE TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE <br /> Notice is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment <br /> Reinvestment Zone to be held Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference <br /> Room of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte,Texas,for considering the following agenda items: <br /> AGENDA <br /> 1. Call to Order; <br /> 2. Approve minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment <br /> Zone meeting held on August 23, 2017. <br /> 3. Receive and approve FY2017 Audit from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC. <br /> 4. Consider proposal from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC to prepare Agreed Upon Procedures Report <br /> for Liberty Property Limited Partnership in accordance with the terms of the Developer Agreement. <br /> 5. Receive and consider Agreed Upon Procedures Report for Liberty Property Limited Partnership; and authorize <br /> appropriate action. <br /> 6. Receive and consider Development Agreement with Vista Oaks GB, LLC. <br /> 7. Consider tax year 2016 developer disbursements. <br /> 8. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices, including contractual obligations to reimburse <br /> La Porte ISD. <br /> 9. Receive updates from the city, developers and staff about development within the Zone. <br /> 10. Board member comments. <br /> a. Matters appearing on agenda <br /> b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy <br /> 11.
