Over the next several ~onths staff will look into <br />various useages of the building, as well as cost associated <br />with remodeling both the present senior citizen center into <br />court facilities and the cost of remodeling the old post office <br />building, and impact on parking at the police building as' well <br />as the amount of parking at the post office. <br /> <br />The owner of the property has agreed to al~ow the Cit~;r; <br />October 15, 1988 an option to purc-hase. The City must~ <br />$500.00 down but if the City elects not to exercise the option, <br />the $500.00 will be returned to the City.
