Council considered approving a Resolution authorizing the resale of Tax Properties to <br />Mr. Troy Guest <br /> <br />Assistant Finance Director Cynthia Alexander presented the summary and <br />recommendation information and answered Council's questions. <br /> <br />City Manager Robert T. Herrera stated that this property is owned by the La Porte <br />Independent School District and not the City. <br /> <br />Various Councilmembers had additional questions concerning this property. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Gay to ~prove Resolution 98-12. Second by <br />Councilperson Griffiths.
