<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />City Council Meeting 10-19-98 - Page 2 <br /> <br />City Attorney Knox Askins brought to Council's attention that in the past the City has <br />appointed a Citizen Committee to help inform the public concerning the different issues <br />of the Bond and Section 4B 1h Cent Sales Tax Election. <br /> <br />Recommendation of Staff - Assistant City Manager I Director of Finance Jeff Litchfield <br />recommended that the City have a Bond and Section 4B 1h Cent Sales Tax Election in <br />January 1999. <br /> <br />Council gave the direction to have the City Staff and the City Attorney prepare a <br />Resolution for Council to adopt so the City may proceed with the beginning stages of <br />the Bond and Section 4B 11.z Cent Sales Tax Election. <br /> <br />Close Public Hearing - Mayor Malone closed the Public Hearing at 6:54 P.M. <br /> <br />6.
