WALTER PINKNEY -ZION HILL BAPTIST CHURCH <br />Reverend Walter Pinkney of Zion Hill Baptist Church delivered the invocation. <br />CONSIDER APPROVING MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING APRIL l4, 1997 <br />Motion was made by Councilperson McLaughlin to approve the minutes of April 14. 1997, as <br />presented. Seconded by Councilperson Maxwell.
