<br />THIS OBLIGATION IS ONE OF A DULY AUTHORIZED SERIES OF <br />OBLIGATIONS (the "Obligations") in the aggregate principal amount of $2,625,000 issued <br />pursuant to an ordinance adopted by the City Council of the City on December 12, 2005 (the <br />"Ordinance") for the purpose of paying (a) all or a portion of the City's contractual obligations to <br />be incurred in connection with the use, purchase or other acquisition of personal property, under <br />and pursuant to the authority of Chapter 271, Subchapter A, Texas Local Government Code, as <br />amended, and the City's Home Rule Charter.
