ORDINANCE NO. 200S-2837-A AN ORDINANCE AMENDING nAPPENDIX A, FEES I n OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, CONTAINING A REPEALING CLAUSE, CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPEN MEETINGS LAW, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: Section 1. The following Chapters of II Appendix A - - Fees, n of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Porte are hereby amended and shall hereafter read as follows. The amendments contained in this ordinance shall be effective December 13, 2005, unless otherwise stated. Section 2. Chapter 58, IISolid Waste,lI Article III. Rates and Charges, subsection (b), is hereby amended and shall hereafter read as follows, to-wit: II (b) Business and commercial establishment collection, twice-weekly, per month (minimum charge) ............ 16.00 58-10711 Section 3. Chapter 106, II Zoning," Article II. Admini- stration, subsection (a) Application fees, is hereby amended by adding a subparagraph (5) and shall hereafter read as follows, to- wit: "(5) Zoning permit......................... 50.00 106-143" Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict only. Section s.
