<br />B. Services Relating to the Levy and Collection of Assessments. <br /> <br /> <br />1. The Authority shall adjust and prepare the Assessment Plan as needed and <br /> <br /> <br />recommend it to the City, <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Authority will assist the City in collection of the Assessments to be <br /> <br /> <br />deposited to the credit of a special fund in the name of the PID at the City <br /> <br /> <br />depository. Assessment Revenues on deposit in this special fund will be <br /> <br />paid by the City to the Authority as provided in Article V. <br /> <br /> <br />C. Management Program. The Authority shall perform the following administrative <br /> <br /> <br />and management services for operation ofthe PID: <br /> <br /> <br />3. Provide the staff and administrative services that are necessary to manage <br /> <br /> <br />the Pill and to provide or supervise the Services provided by the Pill; <br /> <br /> <br />4. Provide management, financial; and program monitoring systems for <br /> <br /> <br />operation of the PID; <br /> <br />, .5. Provide required reports to theQity concerning operation of the PID; <br /> <br />6. Recruit, hire, pay, and supervise the work force that the Authority will <br /> <br /> <br />utilize to furnish Services in the Pill; <br /> <br /> <br />7. Provide office space for the Authority's administrative and management <br /> <br /> <br />personnel and an operations center for the Authority's employees and <br /> <br /> <br />equipment, if necessary; <br /> <br />8. Provide staff to participate ill private or public meetings concerning <br /> <br />operation of the PID; <br /> <br />9. Provide liaison between the PID, the City, PID property owners, and other <br /> <br />interested persons and groups to ensure successful operation of the PID; <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />HOU:2680299.1 <br />
