<br />property. Records for any displaced person must be kept for 5 years after he/she <br />has received final payment. <br /> <br />Subrecipient must also comply with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real <br />Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the above, if there is litigation, claims, audits, negotiations or <br />other actions that involve any of the records cited and that have started before the <br />expiration of the above-described periods, then such records must be retained until <br />completion of the actions and resolution of all issues, or the expiration of the <br />above-described periods, whichever occurs later. <br /> <br />3. Reports <br /> <br />The Subrecipient shall furnish reports to the Grantee, which include, but may not <br />be limited to the following, if applicable: <br /> <br />A. Payment Request submitted monthly to Grantee. <br />B. Weekly Payroll Reports from General Contractors and all Subcontractors. <br /> <br />Monthly reports are to be submitted within 15 working days of the end of the <br />reporting periods. The quarterly performance reports are due within 15 days after <br />the end of the previous quarter and the annual performance report is due within <br />one month after the end of the contract period. <br /> <br />Failure to comply with the reporting requirements of this Article shall be a <br />material breach of the contract and funding will be withheld from the Subrecipient <br />until such time as the reports are submitted. <br /> <br />The Subrecipient agrees to cooperate in periodic site visits and annual program <br />and financial monitoring visits which will be conducted by the HCOHED staff <br />and/or the Harris County Auditor's staff. <br /> <br />4. Property Records <br /> <br />The Subrecipient shall maintain real property inventory records, which clearly <br />identify properties purchased, improved or sold. Properties retained shall <br />continue to meet eligibility criteria and shall conform to the "changes in use" <br />restrictions specified in 24 C.F.R. 570.503(b)(8). <br /> <br />5. National Obiectives <br /> <br />The Subrecipient agrees to maintain documentation that demonstrates that the <br />activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement meet one or more <br />of the CDBG program's national objectives-I) benefit low/moderate income <br /> <br />9 <br />
