Ask the Budget Office (Shelley) the cost of insurance - She knows the cost to the <br />budget and she will tell you the "City's contribution" to the Insurance Fund. We <br />also graph this cost each year for City Council. <br /> <br />2. Ask the Insurance Fund Manager (Robert) the cost of insurance - He knows the <br />total cost (The "City's contribution" + the "employee's contribution"). This cost <br />is defined as how much money is needed to provide insurance to employees and <br />retirees. <br /> <br />3. The formula - Any confusion regarding the calculation from the schedules can be <br />resolved utilizing the following attached example. <br /> <br />r; <br />
