2.1.8 Services during out-of-town travel required of ENGINEER other than visits to the Project site as required by Section 1 or the state agencies to solicit permits. 2.1.9 Additional or extended services during construction made necessary by (1) work damaged by fire or other cause during construction, (2) a significant amount of defective or neglected work of any Contractor, (3) prolongation of the contract time of any prime Contractor by more than sixty days, (4) acceleration of the work schedule involving services beyond normal working hours, and (5) default by any Contractor.
