The subject property is <br />located north of F I 0 1 drainage channel near Avenue P and south of Louisiana Chemicals <br />and Philip Services along State Highway 225. I15s further described as TRS 351A, 352A, <br />8D-I, Lots 350 & East ~ of Lot 331, and TR 8C-1, F. A. STAASHEN Subdivision, Enoch <br />Brinson Survey, Abstract 5, La Porte, Harris County, Texas. The applicant seeks to have <br />this property rezoned from Large Lot Residential (LL) to Light Industrial (Ll).
