The <br />applicant, Eddie V. Gray, Trustee, Fairmont Park, JV. seeks to rezone <br />15.746 acres on the south side of Spencer Highway, further described as <br />TRS 3A & 4A, Block 3, W. J. Payne Subdivision, La Porte, Harris County, <br />Texas.
