<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1252, Page 6. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />(3) A 10.00 feet wide utility easement crossing the right- <br />of-ways for "B" Street, "D" Street and "E" Street; the utility <br />easements being parallel wi th the East right-of-way line of <br />Twenty-Sixth Street (Sens Road), with the centerline of the <br />easement being located 15.00 feet East of the East right-of-way <br />line of Twenty-Sixth Street. <br />(4) A 10.00 feet wide utility easement crossing the right- <br />of-way of "An Street; the centerline of the utility easement <br />being described as follows; Commencing at the Southwest corner <br />of Block 698, coincident wi th the East right-of-way line of <br />Twenty-Sixth Street. <br />THENCE, East; coincident with the North right-of-way <br />line of II A" Street; a distance of 23.57 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING for the centerline of this 10. 00 feet wide utili ty <br />easement. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />THENCE, S 40 17' 21" E, a distance of 60.17 feet to <br />a point for corner coincident with the South right-of-way line <br />of II A" Street and being the point termination for this ease- <br />ment. <br /> <br />(5) Being a tract located in the T. W. Lee Subdivision, <br />Richard Pearsall 1/3 League, A-625, Harris County, La Porte, <br />Texas, according to the plat recorded in Volume 67, Page 1, <br />of the Harris County Deed Records, said tract being the West <br />1/2 of former 23rd Street, lying between the North right-of- <br />way line of II A" Street and the North right-of-way line of "C" <br />Street; being part of the streets and alleys, vacated, aban- <br />doned and closed by order of Harris County Commissioners Court <br />dated April 8, 1935.
