<br />· Work closely with the Director of Planning and Project/Program manager and <br />Builders in the Development <br /> <br />· Coordinate closing between City of LaPorte, Harris County, buyer and lender <br /> <br />· Walk all closing documents to city for City manager or authorized party to sign <br />and return to appropriate parties i.e., Harris county, title, etc. <br /> <br />· Maintain copy of applicant file for City of LaPorte, Harris county and Frye & <br />Associates to be handed over at the time of Project completion <br />
