<br />IV. Medications <br /> <br />Violation receives write up. Three write ups = dismissal. <br />1. Over-the-counter medications including mouthwash and <br />cough/cold medicines that contain alcohol and/or <br />Codeine is prohibited. <br /> <br />2. Narcotic pain medication and/ or benzodiazepines <br />(Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin) are prohibited. <br /> <br />3. Residents are responsible for supplying their own <br />medication refills. <br /> <br />4. Residents are not allowed to stop taking any medication <br />without their doctor's written permission. <br /> <br />5. Residents must submit an accurate and update list of their <br />medication at all times. <br /> <br />6. All medication must be locked in the Director's Office. <br /> <br />7. All medication will be distributed daily at 6:00 a.m. and <br />10:30 p.m. This may be subject to change as per <br />Doctor's prescription. <br /> <br />Important Point: Residents will not tattoo, share <br />razors or cut each other's hair. This is for your own <br />protection against infectious diseases transmitted <br />through blood-borne pathogens. <br />
