<br />Mayor Porter and Director of Public Works Steve Gillett recognized the retirement of Orville
<br />Burgess, Street Maintenance Superintendent and thanked him for his many years of
<br />service to the city.
<br />
<br />Mayor Porter and Lee Allen recognized Neil Badall of Public Works as the Second Quarter
<br />"Employee of the Quarter".
