<br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />f21X)S-1l <br />**** <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of La Porte finds it in the best interest of the citizens of La Porte, <br />that this Crime Victim Assistance Liaison grant project will be operated for the 2006 <br />Fiscal Year; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of La Porte agrees that the entity will not use the existence of an <br />Office of the Attorney General grant award to offset or decrease total salaries, expenses, <br />and allowances that the applicant receives from the governing body at or after the time <br />the grant is awarded; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of La Porte agrees that in the event of loss or misuse of the Office <br />of the Attorney General funds, The City of La Porte assures that the funds will be <br />returned to the Office of the Attorney General in full. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of La Porte designates Debra Feazelle, City Manager as the <br />grantee's authorized official.
