This panel included representatives from global <br />companies producing phosgene. During this time I chaired the Medicavroxicology sub- <br />panel and led an initiative to update the Phosgene Pulmonary Treatment guideline used <br />by phosgene producers and agencies such as the Center for Disease Control. <br /> <br />Dow Chemical <br />Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) Production Leader <br /> <br />Houston, Texas <br /> <br />This was my first leadership role for Dow. During this period the accomplishments for <br />which I take the most pride were improving quality and productivity with zero capital <br />investment, and helping to turn a business that was being considered for divestiture into <br />one that today contributes positive cash flow year after year to the corporation. <br /> <br />Dow Chemical <br />Variety of Production Roles <br /> <br />Dalton, Georgia <br /> <br />This was the start of my manufacturing career with Dow. The Dalton plant included two <br />world scale latex plants, for which I was the Assistant Superintendent prior to leaving for <br />a new opportunity in Houston. While in Dalton I had roles in safety, industrial hygiene, <br />projects, and production.
