The five (5) LPISD teachers who have achieved National Board <br />Certification: <br />Dawn. Beard, Lomax Elementary; Sandy Carpenter, Bayshore <br />Elementary; Andrea Beaman, Bayshore Elementary; Andrea <br />Rivers, Lomax JH; and Debbie Klein, district diagnostician. <br /> <br />2. Since January is JlSchool Board Recognition Month," plaques <br />and ''bulldog orange" personal shirts were given to each Board <br />member as a "thank you" from the District for their services. <br /> <br />i <br />m. AG:ENDA ITltM <br /> <br />A. Linda Wadleigh, Director for Federal & State Funds and grants, conducted <br />the Public Hearing for the 2006-07 Academic Calendar. She reported on the <br />District's phone survey to some 4119 households, the results being a majority <br />vote for Calendar A. She also related that the sign in sheets in the Foyer tonight, <br />were unanimous for Calendar A (school beginning August 10, 2006). (attached <br />to boUnd minutes) <br /> <br />IV.
