The City Council of the city of La Porte hereby <br />makes the following appointments to the Zoning Board of <br />Adjustment, for terms expiring on August 31st of the year <br />indicated, or until their successors shall have been duly <br />appointed and qualified: <br />position 1 Sidney Grant 2005 <br />Bob Capen 2005 <br />Rod Rothermel 2005 <br />Charles Schoppe 2005 <br />George (Bill) W. Maltsberger 2005 <br />Lawrence McNeal 2006 <br />Gilbert Montemayor 2006 <br />The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br />appoints the following named persons, all of whom are resident <br />electors of the city of La Porte or non-resident individuals <br />owning or operating a business within the city of La Porte, duly <br />verified by proof of an applicable tax statement or utility <br />account for such business, and each of whom the City Council deems <br />competent to serve on such Board by virtue of their experience and <br />training in matters pertaining to building construction, and none <br />of whom are employed by the City of La Porte, to serve as members <br />of the Building Codes Appeals Board for terms expiring on August <br />31st of the year indicated, or until their successors shall have <br />been duly appointed and qualified: <br /> <br /> position 2 <br /> position 3 <br /> position 4 <br /> position 5 <br />* Alternate 1 <br />* Alternate 2 <br /> Section 16. <br /> <br />8 <br />
