THE STATE OF TEXAS <br />COUNTY OF HARRIS <br />CITY OF LA PORTE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />In accordance with the provisions of Section 106-171 of the Code of Ordinances of the City <br />of La Porte, and the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code, notice is hereby given that the <br />La Pone Planning and Zoning Conuiussion will conduct a public hearing at 5:00 P.M. on the 18'h <br />day of December, 2008, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La <br />Porte, Texas.
