I have attached a listing of those positions that are being recommended for an upgrade. Note that the <br />civil services employees within the police department are not included at this time, but will be brought back <br />separately once we have concluded our meet and confer negotiations. <br />Action Required by Council: <br />I(ecom end approval of a budget adjustment in the amount of $66,040.15 to implement the results of the <br />annual 4mployee compensation study effective March 1, 2009. <br />iM <br />Ron Bottoms*,City Manager <br />
